- Electricity – this will be charged when checking out based on consumption.

Booking and a cancellation fee
Final reservation will be confirmed after receiving 50% payment of total amount.
The balance (50%) is to be paid on arrival = check in. (in cash): In case of cancellation we do not return the reservation fee, but we will offer you several possible options to re-book your stay at dates convenient for you.
