Prices includes: water, use of Wi-fi, bed-clothes, towels.
Prices do not include
- Electricity – will be charged when checking out based on real consumption.
- City recreational fee – 1€/person/day
- Wood for fireplace – 10,00€/day (you pay this only when using fireplace)
- Deposit: 80€/room (the deposit will be returned when checking out = returning rooms and keys)

Booking and a cancellation fee
Final reservation will be confirmed after receiving 50% payment of total amount.
The second 50% will be paid right after arrival = check in. (in cash): In case of cancellation we do not return reservation fee but we will offer you several possible options to re-book your stay at best convenient date for you.
